Return Policy

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Send us an email via the contact form to receive the return form.

Conditions for returns

1. After receiving the order, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). The cooling-off period commences when the consumer has received the (complete) order.

2. During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. They may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep it. If they exercise their right of withdrawal, they must return the unused and undamaged product with all accessories supplied and in the original shipping packaging to the seller, in accordance with the instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

3. There is no right of withdrawal if the products have been manufactured according to specifications or have a short shelf life.

4. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.

5. The product must be provided with a track and trace code.

6. The consumer can use a withdrawal form provided by the seller. The seller is obliged to make this available to the consumer immediately upon request. Our products have a delivery time of 1 working day.

Digital Product (eBook) Return Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for eBooks or other downloadable content once the purchase is completed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement

  • The wrong product was delivered

Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase and include proof of purchase.
